    My notes on the mala started with a close look at the tassel. For this mala, the first inspection was brief and later handling mattered more. The main details were accurate, and the mala worked properly. I compared the mala’s tassel in two lighting conditions and formed my view of the mala from that. As for the bead spacing, it felt carefully assembled.

    I kept the mala because the issue with the tassel was small. On my mala, the tassel looked plainer up close than in the photos. The cardboard sleeve arrived with no loose flap, and the mala needed no cleaning after unpacking.

Wipe the beads gently with a soft dry cloth after wear. Store loosely in a soft pouch to protect the tassel, cord, and bead surfaces. Natural turquoise can vary in colour and matrix; avoid dropping or striking the beads.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it, even if processing has begun. Sign in to My Account > Orders, select Cancel order, and confirm. Your order will be cancelled and a full refund of any payment received will be initiated to your original payment method; any amount already refunded will not be refunded twice. Refund arrival times depend on your payment provider. If an automatic refund cannot be completed, our team will assist. After 5 hours, cancellation is no longer available under this policy. The same window applies to pre-orders. This does not affect your applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights.

30-day returns
Except for the exclusions below, you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Please contact our customer support team to arrange your return.

Hygiene-sensitive items
Under our voluntary 30-day return policy, earrings and similar personal items with hygiene considerations cannot be returned for a change of mind after they have been worn or used. This is not a blanket restriction on all jewellery. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the hygiene exception applies only to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items remain unaffected.

Custom and personalised products
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot be returned for a change of mind. This exclusion does not apply to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, and does not affect your statutory rights.
