Veylora Commerce LTD. (“Veylora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom, operates Himalayan Ritual and is the controller of personal information described in this Privacy Policy.

This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information when you visit himalayanritual.com, create an account, place an order, contact us, or use our services.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

You may provide your name, email address, billing and shipping address, telephone number, order and return details, communications with us, and information you submit through forms or customer-support requests. If a product is personalised, we may also process the personalisation details you choose to provide.

Account and sign-in information

You may access an account by email verification or Google Sign-In. If you choose Google Sign-In, we receive the basic profile information Google authorises—such as your name, email address, and profile image—to create, link, and secure your store account.

Payment, delivery, and transaction information

We receive the information needed to confirm and support an order, including payment status, order value, transaction reference, delivery address, and shipment information. Card, wallet, and other payment credentials are processed directly by the payment method you select; we do not store full card details.

Information collected automatically

We and our service providers may collect IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie or session identifiers. This helps the Site function, maintain a cart or session, prevent fraud, understand performance, and measure advertising where you consent.

Why We Use Information and Our Legal Bases

• Contract: to create accounts, process and deliver orders, handle payments, provide support, and manage returns or exchanges.
• Legitimate interests: to secure the Site, prevent fraud, improve our services, maintain business records, and communicate about an order or account. We balance these interests against your rights.
• Legal obligations: to meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and other legal duties.
• Consent: for non-essential cookies, analytics, advertising technologies, and marketing communications where consent is required. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Settings or the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use strictly necessary cookies for shopping-cart, login, security, payment, and preference functions. We use a consent banner so you can accept, reject, or manage non-essential cookies. You can revisit your choice at any time using Cookie Settings on the Site; rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent you from using the store, although some optional features may be affected.

With your consent where required, we may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel to understand Site usage, measure campaigns, and show or measure relevant advertising. These technologies may process online identifiers and browsing activity under their own terms. We do not knowingly use advertising technologies to sell personal information for money.

How We Share Information

We share only the information needed with service providers that help us operate the store. These include:

• Hosting, security, and site operations: Hostinger, Cloudflare, WordPress, and WooCommerce.
• Payments: Stripe for card processing and, when selected at checkout, PayPal, Wise, Google Pay, and the applicable payment or wallet provider.
• Delivery and fulfilment: YunExpress and DHL, plus a local carrier where needed. They may receive recipient name, delivery address, contact details, parcel/order information, and customs information where required for delivery.
• Customer communications: WooCommerce, FluentCRM, and our configured email-delivery service (including FluentSMTP). We may use other enabled customer-communication tools, such as MailPoet or Hostinger Reach, when they are used for a particular communication.
• Login, analytics, and advertising: Google Sign-In, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, subject to your cookie choice where applicable.

We may also share information with professional advisers, regulators, or authorities when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction. Providers may process information only under our instructions or their applicable privacy terms when they act as independent controllers, such as payment providers.

International Transfers

We serve customers internationally. Information may be processed in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area (EEA), the United States, Hong Kong, China, and other countries where our providers or delivery partners operate. When UK or EEA data is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, or another lawful safeguard, and assess supplementary protections where required. You may contact us for further information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

Retention and Security

We retain account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards; order, payment-status, and business records for the applicable legal, tax, accounting, warranty, and dispute-resolution periods; marketing information until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent; and support records for as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain appropriate records. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your Privacy Rights

EEA and UK. Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection to processing of your personal information. You may object at any time to direct marketing and withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out. You may lodge a complaint with your local EEA data-protection authority or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.

California and other U.S. residents. Depending on applicable law, you may request to know/access, correct, or delete personal information, opt out of targeted advertising or of the sale/sharing of personal information as those terms are defined by law, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising rights. Advertising pixels may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law. Use Cookie Settings to reject advertising cookies or email us with the subject line “Your Privacy Choices” or “Privacy Request”. An authorised agent may submit a request where permitted; we may request verification of authority and identity.

To exercise any right, email support@himalayanritual.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

Third-Party Links and Changes

The Site may link to third-party services governed by their own privacy notices. We may update this Policy as our practices or legal requirements change; the revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
