We want you to feel confident when shopping with Himalayan Ritual. If your purchase is not quite right, we are here to help. Except for the exclusions below, you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Cancellations

1. You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it, even if processing has begun. Sign in to My Account > Orders, select Cancel order, and confirm. Your order will be cancelled and a full refund of any payment received will be initiated to your original payment method; any amount already refunded will not be refunded twice. Refund arrival times depend on your payment provider. If an automatic refund cannot be completed, our team will assist. After 5 hours, cancellation is no longer available under this policy. The same window applies to pre-orders. This does not affect your applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible. Please include all accessories, certificates, cards, and gifts that came with your order. These condition requirements apply to our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return policy and do not limit statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Under our voluntary 30-day return policy, earrings and similar personal items with hygiene considerations cannot be returned for a change of mind after they have been worn or used. This is not a blanket restriction on all jewellery. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the hygiene exception applies only to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. Rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items remain unaffected.

Custom and personalised products: Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot be returned for a change of mind. This exclusion does not apply to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, and does not affect your statutory rights.

Start a Return

Please email support@himalayanritual.com with your order number to request a return. You do not need to give a reason for an eligible change-of-mind return. Our team will review your request and provide the correct return address. Kindly wait for approval before shipping, so we can provide the correct return instructions. Prior approval is not a condition for exercising any applicable statutory right of withdrawal.

U.S. Returns

Approved returns from the United States may be sent to our U.S. return location. We will share the address by email after your request is approved.

International Returns

Returns from all locations outside the United States are considered international returns and must be shipped to our return facility in China. We will provide the exact address after approving your request.

Return Shipping

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Himalayan Ritual will cover the approved return shipping cost. Please contact us before shipping so we can confirm the issue and provide return instructions.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping, tracking, customs charges, and related fees. Original shipping charges and customs fees are non-refundable under our voluntary policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We recommend using a trackable service so your return can arrive safely.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the result. Approved refunds under our voluntary policy will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Where statutory rules require an earlier refund or reimbursement of standard outbound delivery charges, those rules take priority. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the funds to your account.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will be happy to review the issue and help find a suitable solution.

Exchange Requests

Exchange requests are considered individually and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us before returning an item, and we will gladly review the available options with you.

Promotions & Gifts

1. Only one promotional code may be applied to each order.
2. Promotions are valid only during the dates and under the conditions stated in the offer.
3. If an order includes a complimentary promotional gift, the gift must be returned with any related return. If it is not returned, its stated value may be deducted from the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
