    I paid attention to the cord at home before comparing the result with the listing. As for the cord, it felt solid without being stiff. The cord supported the overall design without drawing attention away from it. My comments come after several weeks with the cymbal set, not just the initial unboxing.

  • Keep the cymbals and leather cord dry. Do not soak or submerge them in water.
  • After use, wipe the brass gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth before returning the pair to its pouch.
  • Avoid perfume, lotions, oils, acidic cleaners, oxidising chemicals, steel wool, abrasive pads, and harsh polishing tools.
  • Strike the cymbal edges gently and avoid dropping them onto hard surfaces, which may dent the brass or affect the tone.
  • Natural oxidation and patina may develop over time. If desired, use a small amount of brass cleaner on the metal only, testing an inconspicuous area first and keeping cleaner away from the leather cord.
  • Store in a dry place with the cord relaxed rather than tightly twisted.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it, even if processing has begun. Sign in to My Account > Orders, select Cancel order, and confirm. Your order will be cancelled and a full refund of any payment received will be initiated to your original payment method; any amount already refunded will not be refunded twice. Refund arrival times depend on your payment provider. If an automatic refund cannot be completed, our team will assist. After 5 hours, cancellation is no longer available under this policy. The same window applies to pre-orders. This does not affect your applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights.

30-day returns
Except for the exclusions below, you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Please contact our customer support team to arrange your return.

Hygiene-sensitive items
Under our voluntary 30-day return policy, earrings and similar personal items with hygiene considerations cannot be returned for a change of mind after they have been worn or used. This is not a blanket restriction on all jewellery. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the hygiene exception applies only to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items remain unaffected.

Custom and personalised products
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot be returned for a change of mind. This exclusion does not apply to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, and does not affect your statutory rights.
