Care Guidelines

S925 silver, copper & natural Dzi agate care: Remove before bathing, swimming, exercise, sleeping, or household work. Keep away from water, chlorine, salt water, perfume, lotion, hairspray, and cleaning chemicals. Natural agate can chip or crack if dropped or struck, so avoid impact and store the ring separately in a soft pouch. Wipe the metal and stone gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Use a silver-polishing cloth on the S925 silver only, avoiding the Dzi stone and any textured or recessed detail. Silver and copper can naturally darken or develop patina over time; this is normal. Adjust the open band slowly and minimally—do not repeatedly bend or force it, as repeated stress can weaken the metal setting. Natural Dzi patterns, colour, banding, and inclusions vary from piece to piece.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it, even if processing has begun. Sign in to My Account > Orders, select Cancel order, and confirm. Your order will be cancelled and a full refund of any payment received will be initiated to your original payment method; any amount already refunded will not be refunded twice. Refund arrival times depend on your payment provider. If an automatic refund cannot be completed, our team will assist. After 5 hours, cancellation is no longer available under this policy. The same window applies to pre-orders. This does not affect your applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights.

30-day returns
Except for the exclusions below, you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Please contact our customer support team to arrange your return.

Hygiene-sensitive items
Under our voluntary 30-day return policy, earrings and similar personal items with hygiene considerations cannot be returned for a change of mind after they have been worn or used. This is not a blanket restriction on all jewellery. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the hygiene exception applies only to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items remain unaffected.

Custom and personalised products
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot be returned for a change of mind. This exclusion does not apply to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, and does not affect your statutory rights.
