    I found the actual elastic more convincing than the online close-up. In my case, I left the bracelet in its usual place and checked the size in normal conditions. The clearest detail on the bracelet was the elastic; it had no rough or loose areas. The elastic influenced my choice of this bracelet for my own use. The protective carton was secure when collected, so the bracelet was protected at the edges.

    Looking only at the elastic, I found that it stayed intact through repeated use. I based the rating mainly on the beads, rather than on the styling in the photos. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear; do not soak, use ultrasonic cleaners, or scrub the enamel. Avoid drops, sharp impacts, and snagging, and do not overstretch or repeatedly pull the elastic cord. Store separately in a soft pouch in a cool, dry place. Hand-finished enamel details may vary slightly from bead to bead.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it, even if processing has begun. Sign in to My Account > Orders, select Cancel order, and confirm. Your order will be cancelled and a full refund of any payment received will be initiated to your original payment method; any amount already refunded will not be refunded twice. Refund arrival times depend on your payment provider. If an automatic refund cannot be completed, our team will assist. After 5 hours, cancellation is no longer available under this policy. The same window applies to pre-orders. This does not affect your applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights.

30-day returns
Except for the exclusions below, you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Please contact our customer support team to arrange your return.

Hygiene-sensitive items
Under our voluntary 30-day return policy, earrings and similar personal items with hygiene considerations cannot be returned for a change of mind after they have been worn or used. This is not a blanket restriction on all jewellery. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the hygiene exception applies only to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot be returned for a change of mind. This exclusion does not apply to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, and does not affect your statutory rights.
