    My notes on the mala started with a close look at the knots. The clearest detail on the mala was the knots; they felt carefully assembled. I looked at the knots under warm lighting before deciding whether the photos were accurate.

    The bead spacing needed one minor adjustment

    The bead spacing could be better, although I am otherwise happy with the mala. I used the mala in the same way I would use a similar product at home. For this mala, I compared several versions before choosing one. My comments come after three weekends with the mala, not just the initial unboxing. The mala’s bead spacing had one slightly uneven area.

    Good mala, with a small knots concern

    The experience was positive overall; the knots are the only caveat. Nothing about the mala required unusual care during the review period. The mala worked well from the first use. Viewed in daylight, the knots appeared finer than I expected. For me, the photos made the quartz finish look appealing, which is why I chose this one.

Store separately in a soft pouch away from prolonged direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and hard impacts.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it, even if processing has begun. Sign in to My Account > Orders, select Cancel order, and confirm. Your order will be cancelled and a full refund of any payment received will be initiated to your original payment method; any amount already refunded will not be refunded twice. Refund arrival times depend on your payment provider. If an automatic refund cannot be completed, our team will assist. After 5 hours, cancellation is no longer available under this policy. The same window applies to pre-orders. This does not affect your applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights.

30-day returns
Except for the exclusions below, you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Please contact our customer support team to arrange your return.

Hygiene-sensitive items
