    The bead spacing exceeded my expectations

    Seeing the mala in a normal room made the online details easier to evaluate. The delivery package showed only normal courier handling, and the mala had enough room without moving loosely. The mala arrived as described and required no correction. As for the bead spacing, it had no rough or loose areas.

    Nice overall, but check the bead spacing

    I looked at the bead spacing under warm lighting before deciding whether the photos were accurate. The bead spacing cost the product one star, but the rest worked well. The mala’s bead spacing appeared finer than I expected.

    Mostly pleased with the bead spacing finish

    The photos made this mala look appealing, which is why I chose this one. My notes on the mala started with a close look at the knots. The small problem with the bead spacing did not outweigh the rest of the product. Compared with similar items I own, the mala was easy to assess. I noticed that the bead spacing looked less tidy up close. In my case, as for the knots, they stayed intact through repeated use. The mailer kept its shape in transit, with the result that the mala was separated from the outer walls.

The Carved 108-Bead Wrap Mala is a multiwrap strand of natural yak-bone beads, approx. 8 × 6 mm, with a choice of carved and mixed-material accents. Its 108-bead format can provide a steady structure for mantra recitation, breath counting, or quiet reflection.

Four named accent styles are available:

  • Mandala Medallion: turquoise, patterned agate, copper details, a carved bone accent, and an embossed copper mandala medallion with a multicolour tassel.
  • Horn & Phurba Tassel: turquoise, clear quartz, a carved bone guru bead, horn-shaped pendant, and copper phurba charm.
  • Om Center & Double Tassel: carved bone Om centerpiece and crossbar, turquoise, copper and silver details, and two tassels.
  • Bird Amulet & Green Tassel: agate, turquoise, carved bone, copper and silver spacers, a vintage-style copper bird amulet, and green tassel.

Yak bone, horn, stone, and braided cord should be wiped gently with a soft dry cloth; do not soak or use ultrasonic or steam cleaning. Copper and silver can develop a natural patina—polish only metal areas carefully and avoid rubbing bone, horn, stones, and tassels. Handle carved charms and tassels gently, store separately in a soft pouch, and treat the mala and its sacred motifs respectfully.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it, even if processing has begun. Sign in to My Account > Orders, select Cancel order, and confirm. Your order will be cancelled and a full refund of any payment received will be initiated to your original payment method; any amount already refunded will not be refunded twice. Refund arrival times depend on your payment provider. If an automatic refund cannot be completed, our team will assist. After 5 hours, cancellation is no longer available under this policy. The same window applies to pre-orders. This does not affect your applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights.

30-day returns
Except for the exclusions below, you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Please contact our customer support team to arrange your return.

Hygiene-sensitive items
Under our voluntary 30-day return policy, earrings and similar personal items with hygiene considerations cannot be returned for a change of mind after they have been worn or used. This is not a blanket restriction on all jewellery. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the hygiene exception applies only to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items remain unaffected.

Custom and personalised products
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot be returned for a change of mind. This exclusion does not apply to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, and does not affect your statutory rights.
