    A minor bracelet with good elastic

    I kept the bracelet because the issue with the elastic was small. The clearest detail on the bracelet was the elastic; it appeared finer than I expected. I left the bracelet in its usual place and checked the elastic in normal conditions. In my case, for this bracelet, the measurements and close-up images set a realistic expectation of the size.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it, even if processing has begun. Sign in to My Account > Orders, select Cancel order, and confirm. Your order will be cancelled and a full refund of any payment received will be initiated to your original payment method; any amount already refunded will not be refunded twice. Refund arrival times depend on your payment provider. If an automatic refund cannot be completed, our team will assist. After 5 hours, cancellation is no longer available under this policy. The same window applies to pre-orders. This does not affect your applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights.

30-day returns
Except for the exclusions below, you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Please contact our customer support team to arrange your return.

Hygiene-sensitive items
Under our voluntary 30-day return policy, earrings and similar personal items with hygiene considerations cannot be returned for a change of mind after they have been worn or used.
