At Himalayan Ritual, we prepare each order with care and ship internationally with tracked delivery options. This page explains our processing times, estimated delivery windows, shipping charges, and what to expect after your order is placed.

Eco-Conscious Packaging

We pack each order with care using recyclable paper-based materials and biodegradable protective packaging whenever possible. Our goal is to protect your ritual pieces while keeping our packaging as mindful and responsible as we can. For fragile items, we may use additional protective materials to help ensure safe arrival.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide to the supported countries and regions listed below. Availability depends on the delivery address, and the available shipping options for your order are confirmed at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days. The delivery estimates below include both order preparation and shipping time. All estimates are in business days. Weekends, public holidays, customs checks, and carrier delays may affect delivery.

A dash means no Premium delivery estimate is listed for that destination. See checkout for the options available for your address. *Premium delivery estimates for the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia may not apply to every postal code. Delivery options and timing can be affected by customs checks and carrier delays. Brazil’s estimate may be extended by an estimated 7–10 business days due to Brazil PRC policy.

Tracking Your Order

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. For supported shipping services, use the tracking link in that email or enter your tracking number on our Track Your Order page to follow its journey.

Special Shipping Services

Some items, such as raw crystals and products containing aromatic woods or botanicals (such as cedar), may require specialist shipping services. Tracking for these services is not currently supported on our website. Please contact support@himalayanritual.com with your order number for tracking assistance and shipment updates.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it, even if processing has begun. Sign in to My Account > Orders, select Cancel order, and confirm. Your order will be cancelled and a full refund of any payment received will be initiated to your original payment method; any amount already refunded will not be refunded twice. Refund arrival times depend on your payment provider. If an automatic refund cannot be completed, our team will assist. After 5 hours, cancellation is no longer available under this policy. The same window applies to pre-orders. This does not affect your applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights.

Returns & Exchanges

Except for the exclusions below, you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Under our voluntary policy, earrings and similar hygiene-sensitive personal items cannot be returned for a change of mind after being worn or used. Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot be returned for a change of mind. These exclusions do not affect your rights regarding faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, or any applicable statutory withdrawal rights. Please contact customer support to discuss an exchange. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the full conditions and return instructions.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at support@himalayanritual.com. Once an order has been packed or handed to the carrier, we may not be able to change the address.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For European destinations where VAT applies, VAT is payable by the customer and will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout. International shipments may also be subject to customs review, import duties, or other taxes depending on the destination. Any amount collected at checkout is shown there. You are responsible for import charges that are not collected at checkout.
