These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of himalayanritual.com and purchases from Veylora Commerce LTD., 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom (“Veylora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Using the Site and Accounts

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorised access, use automated extraction tools without permission, submit false information, or infringe another person’s rights. You may access an account through email verification or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure and for activity through your store account; contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Products and Product Information

We aim to present products, images, descriptions, colours, and prices accurately. Natural, handmade, limited-edition, and personalised items may vary slightly from photographs or descriptions. We may correct errors, update information, change prices, limit quantities, or discontinue products where permitted by law.

Orders, Prices, Payment, and Delivery

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including if an item is unavailable, listing information is inaccurate, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Taxes, delivery charges, duties, or customs fees may apply based on destination and will be shown where applicable.

Delivery dates are estimates. Delays may arise from carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control. You must provide accurate delivery and contact details. Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.

EU/EEA and UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal

14-day statutory right. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or United Kingdom and buy standard, non-personalised goods online, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after you—or a person you nominate other than the carrier—receives the goods, without giving a reason. This statutory right is separate from, and is not reduced by, our commercial 30-day returns policy.

How to withdraw. To exercise this right, send a clear statement of withdrawal to support@himalayanritual.com before the 14-day period ends. Please include your name, order number, and the item(s) concerned. You may use the following wording, although it is not mandatory: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of [item], ordered on [date] / received on [date], name, address, date.” We will acknowledge your request and provide return instructions.

Refund and return. We will reimburse payments due under the statutory withdrawal right within the period required by applicable law after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Unless the goods are faulty, not as described, or we state otherwise, you are responsible for the direct return-shipping cost. We reimburse standard outbound delivery costs where required by law; any chosen premium delivery upgrade is not reimbursed beyond the standard rate.

Exceptions. The withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you, and may not apply in other situations permitted by applicable consumer law. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Personalised and Intentional Items

Please check spelling, selections, and order details carefully for personalised or custom-made products. We may be unable to alter or cancel them once production has started. Spiritual, wellness, symbolic, or intention-based content is provided for personal inspiration only; it is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a condition.

Promotions

Promotions, coupon codes, gifts, and special offers are subject to the dates, availability, and additional conditions stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, one promotional code may be used per order. We may modify or end an offer where permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content—including text, photographs, product names, designs, logos, graphics, and layout—are owned by or licensed to Veylora and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or use the content without prior written permission except where law permits.

Third-Party Services

The Site may include third-party services, including payment providers and Google Sign-In. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for services that we do not control.

Disclaimer and Liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Veylora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or products. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except that consumers in the EU/EEA, UK, or elsewhere retain the mandatory protections and forum rights provided by the law of their habitual residence. We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, products, Site, or legal requirements; the current version will appear here with a revised date.
